Reservations Details:

Children age 6 and under welcome during off season. Pool opening and closing subject to weather. No pets allowed on the property. Please note: there is a charge for children age 7 and older of $35 per night, which applies to rooms with 3 or more total guests including the child. All rates are subject to Maine 9% lodging tax.
Deposits and Cancellation:
Rate variation based on location and type of room, ranging from standard motel units to suites, all with private bath, refrigerators, heat, A/C, cable TV, and most with balconies and views of the ever changing ocean. Breakfast is included. When making a reservation, a one or two night deposit will be required. During July & August we have a four night minimum, and all holiday weekends have a minimum two night stay. Cancellations made with 14 or more days’ notice will be refunded less a $30 fee. Cancellations or date changes made less than 14 days prior to your arrival date will forfeit the deposit. Early check-outs will not be refunded. Balances are due upon arrival. Children 6 and under are welcome during off season. Pool opening and closing subject to weather. Free Wi-Fi. No pets allowed on the property with the exception of service animals.
Free Wi-Fi. Free Parking is provided for one car per reservation, parking passes are given at check-in. All additional cars must be parked off site. Unauthorized cars without parking passes will be towed. There are two overnight parking lots in Ogunquit. Blacksmith’s parking on Rt. 1, telephone is 207-646-9643 and Jonathan’s at 207-646-4777, ask for Louise.
