“CFO/General Operations Manager” In Ogunquit ME

Originate and utilize numerical simulation and additional improvement structures to cultivate and clarify data that aids management with resolutions, policy articulation, or other executive tasks. Potentially gather and scrutinize numbers and cultivate resolutions for services. Possibly will create and furnish optimal time and expenditures, for performance evaluation, assessment, and/or execution.

Manage all sectional managers in the hotel including, housekeeping manager, restaurant manager, front office manager, HR Manager and Accounting manager and reports directly to the President.  Ensuring that all staff are trained in proper procedures and policies through an ongoing training program.  Monitor staff performance through regular assessments of productivity levels and employee satisfaction. Oversee the budget to ensure that costs do not exceed revenues. Schedule staff members’ work hours.  Determine staffing needs.  Monitor occupancy rates and room rates to ensure that profits are maximized while ensuring that customers are satisfied.  Develop, review, update and implement business strategic planning, including sales, financial performance and new product development.  Review analyses of activities, costs, operations and forecast data to determine department or division progress toward stated goals and objectives.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related or equiv using a credential agency. 1 yr exp as COO or Operations Manager or related.

$70,000 to 90,000.00/year depending on experience.
